This is a Smart Contract agreement Sealed between ( �Smartsafepal
Premium LTD�, �we�, �us�, or �our�) a company registered in United
Kingdom under registration # 07502087, Smartsafepal Premium LTD,
and you (together with Smartsafepal Premium LTD, the �Parties� and
each a �Party�). By using any Smartsafepal Premium LTD service,
whether through Smartsafepal Premium LTD, any associated website,
you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the
terms and conditions contained herein (the �User Agreement�), as
well as our Privacy Policy.
By using the Smartsafepal Premium Site and entering into this User
Agreement, you affirm that you are an individual, at least 18
years of age or older, have the capacity to enter into this User
Agreement and agree to be legally bound by the terms and
conditions of this User Agreement, including the Policy, the
Privacy Policy and the Trading Principles as incorporated herein,
as can never be backed out by any of the party or be interrupted
by any third party. In order to use the Services, you may be
required to provide certain identifying information pursuant to
our Compliance Program.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to
access and use the Services and the Smartsafepal Premium Site
solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.Your
relationship with Smartsafepal Premium LTD use of any of the
Services may be subject to the laws, regulations, and rules of
governmental or regulatory authorities in your or our jurisdiction
(Applicable Law). By entering into this User Agreement, you agree
to act in compliance with and be legally bound to any and all
Applicable Law.
When you create a Smartsafepal Premium LTD trading Wallet, the
Wallet software generates a cryptographic public key pair that you
may use to trade our supported Virtual Currency via our relevant
Virtual Currency network. YOU MUST STORE, OUTSIDE OF THE SERVICES,
YOUR WALLET CREDENTIALS, INCLUDING YOUR PASSWORD, USERNAME AND
E-MAIL ADDRESS. If you do not maintain a backup of your Wallet
data outside of the Services, you will not be able to access your
trading account and We are not responsible for maintaining this
data on your behalf.
With respect to your trading Wallet, Smartsafepal Premium LTD does
not receive or store your trading Wallet password, nor any keys,
network addresses or your transaction history. We cannot assist
you with Trading Wallet password retrieval. You are solely
responsible for remembering, storing and keeping secret your
Wallet password. Your trading Wallet may become inaccessible if
you do not know or keep secret your Wallet password. Any third
party with knowledge of one or more of your credentials
(including, without limitation, your username or password) can
dispose of funds in your trading Wallet.
When you create a Wallet, you must: (a) create a strong password
that you do not use for any other website or online service; (b)
provide accurate and truthful information; (c) protect and keep
secret all credentials for the Wallet; (d) protect access to your
device and your trading Wallet; (e) promptly notify us if you
discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to
your Wallet;.
You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur
with your Wallet and accept all risks of any authorised or
unauthorised access to your Wallet, to the maximum extent
permitted by law. We don't charge any fees or extra fees for our
services of any type. Smartsafepal Premium stores your Personal
Data at secure locations in the EU. Smartsafepal Premium LTD
ensures that appropriate security standards are in place regarding
the safeguarding, confidentiality, and security of Data.
The information that we collect from you will be transferred to,
and stored in, destinations outside of your country and the
European Economic Area ("EEA") as described below:
We may transfer your Personal Data outside the EEA and the UK to
other company subsidiaries, service providers and business
partners (i.e., Data Processors) who are engaged on our behalf. To
the extent that we transfer your Personal Data outside of the EEA
and UK, we will ensure that the transfer is lawful and that Data
Processors in third countries are obliged to comply with the GDPR
and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

efforts to supply email-based technical support services, and can
guarantee immediate responses, especially during times of high
volume. We offer 24/7 services.
